We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Area Manager who thrives on building strong client relationships, solving problems, and delivering exceptional service.

- Attend & complete inspections at your portfolio of sites (60-70 sites).
- Manage relationships with all customers in allocated portfolio.
- Assist Executive and Operations Managers with new site or portfolio implementations.
- Ensure all Work Orders or complaints raised within your portfolio are actioned and completed within the KPI set.
- Quote ad hoc work & ensure successful delivery of the work for clients.
- Identify and feedback sales / quoting / recharge opportunities to the Executive Manager.
- Time sheet management and accurate payroll submissions each period.
- Ensure all sites are visited and inspected once per month and iAuditor inspections performed and recorded at all sites.
- Respond to all communications from our client's Customer Care team in a timely manner.
- Act as the first point of call for site leads to contact with any issues or queries.
- Review, action and respond to site attendance reports you receive from customer service, ensuring you respond within required timeframes.
