This impressive CA Firm is currently looking to bring on a high performing, and team orientated leader into this business to compliment an already successful leadership team.This firm has recently seen substantial growth and are now looking towards the future to ensure they have everything in place to continue the long standing success of the firm. They are looking to find the next Partner in waiting; someone that wants to develop and grow under one of the long standing Partners who is currently planning his retirement over the coming years.This role will be in charge of running a team of excellent accountants and work closely with an impressive group of Partners across the firm.The current Partners have a mix of firm backgrounds and are an exceptional group of individuals to work with; they are very personable, down to earth, and would provide a great platform for someone looking to step up and continue to grow the business with them.This firm is client focused and have a great portfolio across as wide range of industries, including clients such as SME's, corporate, and HNWI's/Family Groups. Be responsible for and manage the day to day running of your portfolio
Work closely with clients providing written and verbal advice
Work closely with the executive team on strategy, process improvements, and culture
Manage, review and mentor a team of driven and motivated individuals

To be successful for this role you will:

Currently be working in, or previously worked in, a similar Business Services Manager, Senior Manager or Associate Director role
CA or CPA Qualified
Be able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
Be committed to working in a collaborative and high performing team environment
