Bus Driver Casual - Aged Care focused

- Safely transport residents and clients to various destinations, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
- Assist with mobility support, helping residents enter and exit the bus with ease.
- Supervise and care for passengers during transit and outings.
- Monitor and arrange vehicle maintenance, repairs and daily safety checks.
- Step in to support care staff when needed, contributing to a warm and inclusive environment.
- A current MR or LR licence and proven experience in bus driving.
- A genuine passion for working with older people and those with diverse needs, including dementia, developmental disabilities and psychiatric illnesses.
- Certificate III in Aged Care (desirable but not essential).
- Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude.
- A good understanding of local road networks.
