Job Description:The CompanyRobert Half is exclusively recruiting for a Finance Analyst offering a unique opportunity to join a growing not for profit organisation in Melbourne northern suburbsThis role involves taking charge of financial / non-financial data analysis, managing PowerBi dashboards, and presenting information to the CFO when required.This is a 12 month contract with view to permanencyThe RoleReporting to the Financial Controller, the duties and responsibilities include:

PowerBi reporting / management
Complex Excel analysis
Interpretation of data to drive business decision
Completion of complex general ledger reconciliations
Detailed month-end analysis and reporting
Ensuring all relevant accounting standards are adhered to
Working closely with all Stakeholders, both finance & non-finance
Detailed variance analysis
