The acute response services Manager ensures that CART service are delivered effectively and efficiently. Working alongside the Clinical Director of CART, the manager provides leadership and management to CART functions to ensure consumers receive the appropriate assessment, treatment, and support they require. The Community Acute Response Team (CART) incorporates (CATT, Psychiatric Triage, Extended Triage, HOPE, EDMH, HUB, PACER).Demonstrate effective, visible leadership and supervision across teams and services by Inspiring individuals and groups to achieve personal, and organisational goals.Ensure that effective communication is maintained with all team members and stakeholders.Ensure that all clinicians are informed about the correct procedure for escalating issues and that it is followed accordingly.Classifications for this position will be YC92 plus over awardYour ContributionProvide clinical leadership and management expertise while overseeing the daily operations of the multidisciplinary CART teams and services under your governance.Demonstrate a commitment to organisational change by leading processes that identify service development gaps, create targeted development plans, and implement quality improvement projects that enhance service delivery.Develop and maintain linkages with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal continuity of care between community mental health services and other parts of the service and primary care services.What we Offer
