
Senior Business Analyst (fixed term contract)

- Lead the analysis and re-engineering of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes within the regulated product development and quality assurance environments, ensuring alignment with ISO 13485, FDA and EU MDR compliance requirements.
- Partner with key business stakeholders across the Product Development, Supply Chain & Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs units, engaging in ideation discussions to define business problems and use cases. Serve as a thought leader for business processes, promoting increased efficiency and productivity.
- Analyze and document current & future state business processes regarding Product Lifecycle Management. Be responsible for gathering and documenting the business requirements and functional specifications for solution development.
- Define and prioritize user stories, ensuring alignment with business needs and objectives.
- In collaboration with GTS Service Designers and Architects, facilitate ideation & solution design workshops.
- Support the delivery of technology solutions, ensuring they are effectively implemented and provide real business value.
- Identify potential risks associated with technology and operational change and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
- Ensure full requirements traceability with documented evidence for each release.
- Champion user-centric design principles in delivering PLM-related system interfaces, ensuring usability and adoption in high-compliance manufacturing and quality operations.
- Collaborate with external technology vendors, system integrators, and validation consultants to ensure fit-for-purpose solutions and adherence to software validation protocols.
- Minimum 5 years delivery experience of medium to large and complex technology application implementation across business process analysis, requirements analysis and solution design.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient domain knowledge in Product Development processes
- Strong influencing and decision-making skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels from both business and technology domains
- Able to grasp and adapt to/embrace new industry trends that can lead to new business opportunities and system innovations.
- Excellent and effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to the targeted audience.
- Highly self-motivated with demonstrated ability to take initiative and ownership.
- Strong skill set in business process mapping and workshop facilitation.
- Ability to facilitate the identification and documentation of business and process requirements.
- Experience with user story decomposition, mapping and documentation.
- Proven experience working in an Agile environment and management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Proficiency in solving unique and complex problems that have a broad impact on the business.
- Knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management and relevant technologies used in the Supply Chain and Manufacturing domains, such as ERP systems, Manufacturing Execution Systems and data analytics platforms.
- Demonstrated success in working within extensive, multi-layered organizations, excelling in cross-functional and complex environments.
