We have solid, ongoing work with good pay and a steady roster. Operating 24-7, our Moorebank production team runs 12-hour day rosters across the week and we have a variety of work patterns available that attract shift penalties and weekend rates - giving you the opportunity to boost your weekly take-home pay.About the opportunity:We are on the lookout for experienced Process Operators/Intermediate and Qualified Bakers to work across our production and slicing areas. The position includes ensuring our production targets and compliance processes are met but if you take pride in Health and Safety, Quality and enjoy a hands-on role within a team working environment, you will fit right in.Opportunities currently exist for:

Early Week AM – positions available in production & slicing (Sunday to Wednesday)
Early Week PM – positions available in production & slicing (Sunday to Wednesday)
Late Week AM – positions available in production only(Wednesday to Saturday)
Late Week PM – positions available in production & slicing (Wednesday to Saturday)

You will be responsible for:

Operation of machinery and equipment as per safe operating procedures
Executes start-up procedure and machine/equipment set ups, operational processes and cleaning processes correctly.
Ensure all Food Safety and Quality incidents are accurately reported and recorded within specified time frames.
Complete Quality Assurance and Food safety Induction and Competency quality assessment.
Attend all relevant training programs.
Achieve AERR and Waste on target.
Active participation and attendance of weekly, monthly departmental meetings

To be successful in this role you will need:

Effective verbal and written communication
Practiceand display Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) Health and Safety standards
Quality awareness
Previous food industry experience or machine operation/process work is desirable
