- Early Week PM – positions available in production & slicing (Sunday to Wednesday)
- Late Week AM – positions available in production only(Wednesday to Saturday)
- Late Week PM – positions available in production & slicing (Wednesday to Saturday)
- Operation of machinery and equipment as per safe operating procedures
- Executes start-up procedure and machine/equipment set ups, operational processes and cleaning processes correctly.
- Ensure all Food Safety and Quality incidents are accurately reported and recorded within specified time frames.
- Complete Quality Assurance and Food safety Induction and Competency quality assessment.
- Attend all relevant training programs.
- Achieve AERR and Waste on target.
- Active participation and attendance of weekly, monthly departmental meetings
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Practiceand display Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) Health and Safety standards
- Quality awareness
- Previous food industry experience or machine operation/process work is desirable
