- Onboarding and Recruitment Support: Assist with recruiting efforts, schedule interviews, and ensure seamless onboarding of new hires.
- Employee Records Maintenance: Maintain accurate employee files and ensure compliance with organizational and healthcare industry requirements.
- Benefits Administration: Serve as the main point of contact for employee benefits inquiries, enrolment updates, and related documentation.
- Policy and Compliance Support: Educate employees on company policies and ensure regulatory compliance, particularly in healthcare standards.
- Employee Relations: Act as a resource for employee questions and concerns, fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace.
- Training Coordination: Collaborate with managers to schedule and facilitate employee training sessions, focusing on both healthcare-specific requirements and general professional development.
- Experience: 2-3+ years of HR experience, ideally in healthcare or a highly regulated industry.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with HR processes, including compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations, is a strong plus.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Tech-Savviness: Experience with HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
