We focus on sustainability, innovation, and shared value, to return benefits to our customers, partners, investors, and communities.Join us as we work towards building the imagine nation.Your opportunityWe're looking for a strategic and commercially minded Commercial Finance Manager to support a dedicated portfolio of properties within our Asset Management Finance team, on a 12 month fixed term basis.A pivotal role, where you will lead financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning to drive performance and inform key decisions.In this role you will:

Financial Planning: Manage budgets, forecasts, capital needs, and valuations for a property portfolio, delivering accurate insights in partnership with asset and portfolio teams.
Deal Analysis: Perform cashflow modelling, IRR and sensitivity analysis to support fast, informed decision-making.
Reporting: Prepare financial inputs for strategic plans, forecasts, and regular reporting packs.
Process & Data Improvement: Drive reporting and system enhancements to improve efficiency and data quality.
Team Collaboration: Work cross-functionally to ensure data integrity and support best practices across teams.
Valuations Support: Assist in preparing valuation packs and reviewing key changes with investment teams.

Your point of difference

Bachelor degree in accounting, property, finance or related discipline
Post Graduate qualification [CPA / CA / CFA] preferred
Minimum 5 years' experience within similar environment with demonstrated ability to prepare, analyse and interpret financial metrics and results for a varying group of stakeholders.
Advanced Excel skills are essential, and experience with systems such as Cougar, MRI Strategic Planning (SP), or Anaplan will be considered a distinct advantage.
A solid understanding of property markets-including Office, Build-to-Rent (BTR), and Industrial-is required, along with sound knowledge of valuation drivers.
