- Greeting visitors, managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining the reception, calendars & taking messages.
- Entering clients details into records and databases. Maintaining files, both physical and digital, and ensuring information is accurate and organized.
- Providing administrative support to other employees, including preparing documents. Assisting with invoicing, credit card payments and basic debtors.
- Supporting the accounting team by handling a variety of administrative and basic accounting tasks. Preparation of end of year letter to clients. Preparation of Excel spreadsheets upon request.
- Frequent use of all aspects of ATO Portal and dealing with ASIC. Supporting the accountant and the solicitor to set up companies, trusts and other entities. Preparation of various documents.
- A warm and friendly yet professional demeanour as the face of the business is paramount
- Strong verbal and written communication skills - both phone based and in person.
- A keen eye for detail, impeccable organisation and excellent time management.
- Intermediate level of profieciency in Microsoft Office suite.
- The ability to problem solve and manage conflicting priorities
- Prior experience in administration, reception, or a similar role will be highly regarded but not essential.
- On offer is a salary of $65K+super (pro-rata)
- Standard office working hours of 9:00am-5:00pm (can be flex)
