Type: Permanent, Full-TimeWe're partnering with a global professional services organisation that is seeking a commercially minded Commercial Finance Analyst to join their high-performing finance team. This role offers excellent exposure across multiple business units and the opportunity to influence strategic decision-making.About the RoleThis position will support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis functions, with a strong focus on identifying new revenue streams and providing actionable insights to senior stakeholders. You'll be part of a collaborative and globally connected finance function.Key Responsibilities
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting cycles
- Deliver financial analysis to support commercial decisions
- Develop clear and concise KPI and financial reporting
- Partner with sales, operations, legal, and marketing teams
- Build financial models to support new initiatives and business cases
- Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting as required
- Proven experience in a commercial finance or FP&A role
- Strong Excel and data visualisation skills (Power BI desirable)
- CA/CPA qualified (or working towards)
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Background in professional services or complex, fast-paced environments preferred
