Our 2000 local experts, backed by our global experience and network of partners, are working to solve the world’s toughest challenges in government, intelligence, defence, aviation, border protection and health markets.Your New Role and ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking an experienced Agile Scum Master to join a small close-knit team that works closely with our client on our client site. Our team has a diverse mix of skills and cross training is a strategy, so flexibility will be required.Your role in the team will be to work closely with the product development team and customer product owners to ensure work progress on schedule and to the desired level of quality. Additionally, you will serve as a coach and mentor to our team – helping to foster culture of continuous improvement and ensuring the that the team is meeting its objectives consistently.Key Responsibilities: -Facilitate and coordinate scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review and retrospectives.Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are hindering the team’s progress.Communicate project development status, risks and issues to stakeholders.Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time.Ensure that the team follows the Scrum framework and adheres to Agile principlesWhat You’ll Bring to Make An ImpactCertification in Agile methodologies, Certified Scrum Master or Professional Scrum Master.Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams.Familiarity with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence.Don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes – if you meet most of them, we encourage you to submit your application.
