About the RoleWe're seeking an experienced and highly capable Technical Project Manager (Scrum Master) to join a fast-paced, high-impact digital transformation program. This is a rare opportunity to lead integrated technical workstreams involving Dynamics 365 (D365), PowerForce, data migration, and third-party vendor coordination.You'll work closely with senior stakeholders and engineering leads to ensure end-to-end visibility, agile sprint coordination, and seamless integration across multiple systems and delivery partners.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex system integration environments and brings a strong technical understanding, stakeholder management capability, and hands-on Agile delivery experience.Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage technical delivery across integrated program workstreams
Act as Scrum Master to manage Agile ceremonies, sprints, and backlogs using Azure DevOps
Drive sprint planning and delivery alignment across D365, PowerForce, data migration, and third-party vendors
Collaborate with engineering leads to ensure delivery is on track, risks are managed, and dependencies are clear
Maintain high-quality Agile dashboards, metrics, and reporting tools
Provide strong coordination and governance for a highly integrated solution architecture
Champion Agile best practices and continuously optimise team performance
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required Skills and Experience

Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master in complex, multi-vendor environments
Deep understanding of systems integration (SI) projects, ideally across enterprise platforms like D365 and PowerForce
Expertise in managing Agile delivery using Azure DevOps - including dashboards, backlog grooming, sprint planning & retrospectives
Strong stakeholder engagement, vendor management and conflict resolution skills
Ability to manage delivery under pressure with high levels of accountability
Experience working in cross-functional delivery squads and large-scale programs

Desirable

Experience in public sector or regulated environments
Familiarity with enterprise data migration best practices
Knowledge of DevOps concepts and tooling
Relevant certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, PMP, SAFe)
