Full-Time – 38 Hours per WeekWe are seeking a professional and organised Receptionist to provide essential support across our Property Management, Sales, and Executive teams. This role requires someone who can maintain a polished office environment while managing administrative and reception duties efficiently.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage reception duties including greeting visitors and answering phone calls.
- Conduct stocktakes and replenish office materials.
- Support Property Managers and Sales teams with data entry and routine admin tasks.
- Ensure the office is presented to the highest standard at all times.
- Provide personal and professional assistance to the Directors as needed.
- Assist with repetitive and ad-hoc administrative tasks across the business.
- Outstanding presentation and professional communication skills – non-negotiable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
- Experience in Sales, Property Management, or Commercial Property Management is a plus but not essential.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player.
