Their venues are purpose-built for high volume and guest engagement, with a strong brand identity and loyal customer base.Job DescriptionAs General Manager of this flagship Sydney CBD venue, you will oversee all aspects of daily operations, lead a large team, and drive commercial performance. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.Key responsibilities:

Deliver outstanding service and operational excellence
Build and lead a high-performing, guest-focused team
Oversee financial performance including forecasting, cost control, and revenue generation
Maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders and the broader community
Enhance the entertainment and live sport offering to maximise guest engagement

Candidate ProfileYou are an experienced senior operator with a strong background in high-volume, entertainment-focused venues. You bring operational discipline, strong leadership, and a passion for creating high-energy guest experiences.Key attributes include:

Experience managing large-format pubs, sports bars or multi-faceted F&B venues
Proven success in leading large teams and driving financial results
Strong understanding of Sydney’s CBD hospitality and events market
