About the OpportunityJoin our Maintenance team at Harvey Fresh as a Maintenance Coordinator, where you'll lead a team of approximately 15 tradesmen, to ensure the smooth operation of our plant and equipment. This hands-on leadership role is pivotal in maintaining operational efficiency, minimising downtime, and driving continuous improvement across our UHT/ESL, Fresh Milk, and Juice lines. You’ll be part of a collaborative environment, working closely with internal departments and external partners to deliver reliable maintenance solutions.Skills Required

Certificate III in Mechanical or Electrical (Required) or relevant Bachelor's Degree (Highly regarded)
3-4 years of experience in maintenance or engineering leadership, ideally within Dairy or FMCG
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, with SAP knowledge
Proven leadership and mentoring experience with direct reports
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and prioritisation abilities
