- Own and grow a portfolio of end-user and reseller accounts, executing against agreed sales plans
- Manage your territory with a great deal of autonomy, suggesting and implementing strategies to grow and improve AkzoNobel's business
- Identify and secure new customers outside existing networks, targeting Awlmix colour-mixing opportunities
- Deliver product and technical training to resellers and end users
- Drive sales performance, analyse variances to targets, recommend and implement corrective actions
- Represent AkzoNobel at boat shows and brand-building events
- Manage and improve customer relationships to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Proven sales negotiation and influencing abilities
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong presentation, IT and analytical capabilities
- Meticulous attention to technical detail and reporting
- Flexible, team-oriented approach with business management experience
- Paint knowledge and skills are an advantage, but full training will be provided
