The RoleLead and mentor a team of passionate chefs and produce exceptional food, You will partner with the team and owners to continue a great culture and consistency of food.Your role will be to ensure all kitchen operations both front and back of house are adhered to, staff motivation, financials, suppliers and menu development as well as service.YouTo be successful in your application, you will have:
A minimum of 3 years experience at a Head Chef Level within a busy venue
Strong abilities in training, mentoring and developing junior chefs
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Passion for creating quality and consistency in every plate put out
Overall knowledge of operations, ordering, stock control and working to budgets
Enthusiasm and drive to exceed guest expectations
