Known for delivering exceptional guest experiences, they pride themselves on offering diverse revenue streams and maintaining strong connections with the local community.Job DescriptionThe General Manager will oversee all aspects of the venue’s operations. You will lead a large, multi-skilled team, ensuring excellence across service, compliance, and profitability, while driving community engagement initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:

Leading daily operations across bar, bistro, entertainment, and gaming
Developing and mentoring a high-performing team
Driving financial performance and managing budgets
Ensuring compliance with all licensing, health, and safety regulations
Implementing initiatives to strengthen the venue’s community ties

Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate will have extensive experience as a Venue or General Manager within a similar hospitality environment. You will demonstrate strong leadership, commercial acumen, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.Key skills and experience:

Proven track record in managing multi-faceted venues
Strong financial and operational management skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
In-depth knowledge of gaming and entertainment operations
Commitment to community engagement and building loyal patronage
