- Repairs & Maintenance: Carry out general maintenance tasks including painting, plastering, equipment repairs, and installation of doors, cupboards, and shelves.
- Grounds Maintenance: Maintain gardens and outdoor areas, including layout design and upkeep.
- Stock Monitoring: Manage and reorder maintenance supplies as needed.
- Responsive Service: Address maintenance requests and issues promptly and professionally.

- Experience in general maintenance and groundskeeping (aged care experience preferred)
- Certificate IV qualification or relevant experience
- Current valid driversu0027 licence
- Australian work rights
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Flu Vaccination (or willing to obtain)
- Evidence of at least one COVID-19 vaccination
- A pre-employment medical assessment may be required
