The Junction Works (TJW) is seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Services Officer (CSO) to lead the delivery of their boutique and diverse operations across Greater Western Sydney and the Inner West. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CSO will be a key member of the Executive Leadership Team that will:
- Lead a broad portfolio including Supported Independent Living (SIL), Day Programs, Allied Health, Support Coordination as well as Community and Youth Services (including Out of School Hours Care).
- Drive service excellence, operational efficiency, and compliance with key standards such as the NDIS Practice Standards.
- Embed a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, innovation and person-centred care across all service areas.
- Develop strategies to expand service reach and grow the participant base as the business focuses on sustainable growth.
- Provide strategic leadership, supporting TJW's objectives including growth and long-term sustainability through strong financial, operational, and people management.
This is a career-defining opportunity for a strategic, values driven senior leader with exceptional capability in managing service delivery across multiple service types and locations. You will bring:
- Tertiary qualifications in Health, Social Sciences, Management or related disciplines.
- Proven senior leadership and a track record of leading operational excellence, innovation and reform within community or health services with a preference to prior disability experience.
- Significant experience across Supported Independent Living (SIL), ideally including Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA).
- A deep understanding of the NDIS, quality standards, and the broader policy and funding environment that is impacting the sector with previous NFP experience beneficial.
- Strong people leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen and the ability to manage budgets and drive sustainable growth within a for-purpose context whilst empowering the broader team.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels, including Board, sector partners, and funding bodies.
