Company Summary:I've partnered with a well-loved, national head contractor with an excellent reputation in the market spanning over 50 years of proven success delivering projects up to $50m+, specialising in the commercial project market. My client has already had a successful start to 2025 and gearing up for a busy end to 2025, with work secured until 2029.They operate across a range of delivering methods, with D&C being a big focus they are looking for someone with proven experience within the Commercial construction industry. Project sectors include education, health, industrial, government, and more.After newly award project wins, my client is looking for an experience General Foreman to join their Brisbane team! Two potential sites within 30mins of Brisbane. Office central to Brisbane CBD. Industrial project experience is A MUST!Ideal traits the successful candidate will have:

3 - 5 + years of experience in the role
Leadership - enjoys mentoring and teaching others.
Excellent ability to build rapport with others.
Strong past tenure with employers.
Team player who loves a challenge!
Positive, "can-do" attitude.

Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management & Economics, Quantity Surveying or equivalent are preferred
Excellent communication & relationship building skills with various stakeholders (clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors etc.)
Local experience and relationships with consultants and subcontractors
Ideally 3-5 years + industry experience running your own projects between $10m - $50m+
