Job Category: OperationsJob Description:The RoleCiveo Australia are looking for highly experienced FIFO Catering Managers (with a minimum Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or Chef Trade Certificate) to join our WA Operations on a full-time basis to assist in providing first-class service to our Camps based throughout our WA network. These roles are FIFO and working an 8:6 roster flying from Perth airport.What's in it for you?$100k - $135k per annum (variable on experience & village size/scope)8:6 Roster FIFO from Perth26 even fortnightly pays + Super paid on all rostered hours (11 per shift)Access to discounts across hundreds of retailers with our Civeo Hive employee programAccommodation, food etc. supplied onsite with access to facilities such as gyms, pools etc.Opportunity to gain wide exposure to multiple operations across our various sitesTripled company growth in the last 2 years, creating amazing progression opportunitiesOngoing training and development to advance your skills and your career with strong succession planning in place for future growthFantastic company culture, it's more than just a buzz word at CiveoExperience:Proven track record in Mine Site Catering, hotel or restaurant background or associated industryDemonstrated successful staff management experienceAt least 5 years' experience in Chef Management in the service, hospitality or similar industry.Experience in understanding and managing a Profit and Loss statement.Experience in Menu developmentExperience with ISO, HACCP and other relevant quality standards.Highly developed negotiation skills with client relationship management and supportProficient with Microsoft Office software including Excel.A working knowledge of JDE and Triniteq, software desirable but not essential.Skills and Knowledge Required:Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery or Chef Trade certificate (NVQ/City & Guilds accepted)Applied knowledge of HACCP principles in a bulk cooking environmentAbility to create service schedules on a daily, weekly and monthly basisApplied knowledge of workplace safety systems and compliance requirementsIntermediate skills with regards to Microsoft Office applicationsBudgetary and analytical skillsKnowledge of relevant kitchen chemicals, including their application and storage.You must have a valid drivers' licence (Class C).What's NextIf this sounds like you, please click “Apply Now” or alternatively, please apply through our website .Successful applicants will be invited to complete a video interview with us.Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander applicants are strongly encouraged to apply.About Us
