- Provide technical advice to Account Managers regarding ingredient and finished product quality, taste, and suitability for client applications.
- Assess products to ensure they meet client specifications and shelf-life requirements.
- Identify potential quality issues, including deviations or product inconsistencies, and advise on corrective actions.
- Collaborate closely with R&D and Production teams to resolve quality challenges and improve formulations.
- Support client interactions by offering practical insights and recommendations, helping Account Managers address customer queries confidently.
- Maintain accurate records of product quality, customer feedback, and any corrective measures taken.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Experience in a Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or Technical Support role within the food, flavour, or ingredients industry.
- Strong understanding of product applications, sensory attributes, and client requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical information into actionable advice for sales teams and clients.
- Collaborative mindset, working effectively with commercial, R&D, and production teams.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing quality-related challenges.
