- Lead the Training Team to deliver quality learning and development programs.
- Report on people trends and outcomes, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with workplace regulations and international standards.

- Tertiary qualification in human resources, business, psychology or related field.
- Experience supporting leaders through complex employee relations matters.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to engage, influence and collaborate across all levels.
