We move people, enhance communities, and strive to be an employer of choice.We are seeking a Manager - People Support to partner with our Regional Leadership Team and deliver Kinetic's strategic People Plan at a local level. This role plays a key part in shaping a positive employee experience by providing practical HR advice, managing employee relations, and leading training initiatives across the region.In this role you will:

Partner with leaders across the region to build an effective, engaged workforce.
Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance, disciplinary and grievance matters.
Lead the Training Team to deliver quality learning and development programs.
Report on people trends and outcomes, providing recommendations for improvement.
Ensure compliance with workplace regulations and international standards.
Foster a workplace culture that reflects Kinetic's values of care, inclusivity, and performance.

What you'll bring:

Tertiary qualification in human resources, business, psychology or related field.
Experience supporting leaders through complex employee relations matters.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to engage, influence and collaborate across all levels.
Commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.
Excellent communication, organisation and attention to detail.
A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
