- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the associated vertical markets.
- Building our networks and opportunities in Victoria with existing clients and new prospects
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay up-to-date on market trends
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients
- Work closely with senior management to ensure alignment with overall company goals and objectives
- Provide regular reporting and analysis on sales performance utilising the CRM data base provided.
- Highly motivated individual who enjoys reward and recognition for their hard work
- Trade qualifications and understanding of soft services and maintenance services operations
- Circa three to five years of proven sales experience as a Business Development Manager
- Existing relationships with property managers, occupiers, tenant representatives, leasing agents, and other key industry professionals would be advantageous
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team to achieve business objectives
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
