- Deliver customised logistics proposals aligned to client needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Collaborate closely with operations to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in freight forwarding or logistics
- Strong knowledge of air, ocean, and land freight operations
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and CRM skills (CargoWise preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field
