St Ann's School, Redbank Plains, is a Brisbane Catholic Education Primary School opened in January 2020. The school is located 35 minutes southwest of the Brisbane CBD between Ipswich and Springfield Lakes Commencing in 2020 with approximately 100 students from Prep to Year 3, it is anticipated the school will grow to over 500 students by 2025, with Prep to Year 6. - supporting the leadership team to build teacher capacity so that they can create effective and engaging classroom environments.
- Collecting, analysing and interpreting data in line with system and school-based procedures to informcurriculum practices and planning to create a teaching response.
- Support teachers in creating formative and summative assessment tasks.
- Catering for the diverse needs of all students, including support and enrichment.
- Implementing the 4C's Model - Co-plan; Co-teach; Co-debrief and Co-reflect:
o Co-teach - work side by side with class teacher through co-teaching, modelling, and observing,
o Co-debrief - discussing and providing feedback based on observations of teacher practice and student engagement; discussing co-teaching, thinking about what worked, what didn't and what to do differently,
o Co-reflect - identifying and planning the next actions in relation to teacher learning and practice.About youTo be successful in this position you will bring relevant contemporary skills and experience including:
