This role involves managing a portfolio with a strong focus on Tax and Business Services. You will be the key contact for your clients and will be supported by a team of Accountants, a strong offshore team for compliance, and client service coordinators for admin.

Manage client relationships across tax and business services
Review compliance work prepared by offshore staff
Mentor and support junior team members
Oversee workflow and key deadlines
Provide strategic tax and business advice to help clients grow

With a mix of onshore and offshore support, the team is structured to let you focus on value-added work and client relationships, rather than just compliance. The firm uses cloud-based systems including Xero, FYI Docs and FuseDocs. The business has experienced steady growth over the past two years and is looking to further their growth.About You:

CA or CPA qualified
Australian public practice accounting experience
Professional, confident and driven personality
A team player who thrives in a flexible and collaborative environment.
