Ready to bring your best?Make contributions that matterAs Regional Manager West, based at our Allansford site, you’ll take the lead in driving operational excellence, team performance, and strategic alignment across SDA’s most complex site comprising multiple factories and product lines. You’ll be responsible for the overall success of the site—ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency while fostering an inclusive culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.This is a key leadership role at SDA’s largest Australian manufacturing site, where your influence will shape not only commercial and strategic outcomes but also the way multidisciplinary functions innovate and achieve goals together. You’ll set the tone, lead by example, and inspire your teams to embrace new ways of thinking and working.What you’ll be doing:
  • Leading operations with full accountability for performance, safety, and compliance across all site operations.
  • Building and nurturing an inclusive and high performing, engaged team
  • Creating an environment where people feel empowered, supported, and motivated
  • Driving continuous improvement and innovation through data-driven decision-making
  • Collaborating across factories, departments and sites to ensure strategic and operational alignment
  • Championing a culture of safety and quality

What you’ll bring:We’re looking for a confident, capable leader who thrives in fast-paced complex environments. Experience in FMCG or dairy operations will be highly regarded, though not essential.
