The RoleReporting to the DC Optimisation Manager, the Operations Manager will support with the daily operations of our Padstow DC, including people and safety leadership. Key responsibilities include:
  • Improve operational efficiency, continuous improvement initiatives, cost reduction exercises while maintaining high-quality standards
  • Maintain and improve upon performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor operational performance, analyse trends, and identify areas for improvement
  • Supporting best practices for inventory control, including accurate tracking, replenishment strategies, cycle counting, and minimising stockouts to ensure optimal inventory levels and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, policies, and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for our people and visitors
