Our talented people empower us, and we believe in being part of a team that is open, collaborative, entrepreneurial, passionate and above all fun.About The RoleIn this varied role, you will be working closely with a significant client in the banking industry, assisting with Business Analysis and Project Management of strategic projects, as well as defining and maintaining business architecture and practices to configure product and service solutions to meet client requirements. You will also be involved in:

Requirement gathering and analysis across applications, infrastructure, network, controls, and processes.
Business analysis of full business requirements and client needs, identifying solutions to non-standard tasks and queries.
Collaborating with senior-level clients, product managers, and technical architects to develop, enhance, and implement business architecture for complex business solutions.
Reviewing functional and business process designs to identify areas of risk and/or missing requirements.
Working with stakeholders to track risk and security requirements toward implementation.
Providing regular governance and reporting to internal and external stakeholders, including incidents, risk, vulnerability, and control gap reporting.
Driving customer workshops focused on product change requests and roadmap alignment.
Leading local teams in project solutioning and delivery to ensure successful execution.
Acting as a subject matter expert (SME) in NPP (New Payments Platform), providing strategic guidance and domain expertise throughout the project lifecycle.

What You Will Need

A sound background in a similar role within a PMO, with strong Business Analysis or Product Owner experience.
Proven expertise in NPP, with the ability to lead client-facing workshops and influence product direction.
Demonstrated experience in systems governance and reporting.
A relevant tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Business Analysis, or a related field.
Experience driving cross-functional teams in solution design and delivery within complex banking environments.
