The DepartmentThe Alfred Cancer Program is responsible for the overall delivery of a comprehensive cancer service which involves a number of clinical areas and units including; Medical Oncology, Clinical Haematology, Bone Marrow Transplant, Apheresis, State-wide Haemophilia Service, Radiation Oncology, Clinical Trials, Palliative Care and the Victorian Melanoma Service. Alfred Cancer's mission is working together to provide comprehensive patient centred, quality care through investment, research and innovation.The RoleWe're seeking a proactive, highly organised Personal Assistant to support the Director of Operations and the Deputy Director of Nursing and Operations for the Alfred Cancer Program. You will be a key point of contact for correspondence, diary management, meeting coordination, and other operational support duties.Qualifications & Experience
  • Demonstrated experience providing high-level support in a fast-paced, complex environment (preferably in health or operations)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint/Teams, OneNote)
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organisational ability, attention to detail, and sound judgment
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
