- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, including Windows 10.
- Experience with desktop hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Knowledge of Active Directory and network protocols.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with remote desktop tools and remote troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
