- #2 - Senior CA - Major Tier Three Group - $30m Institutional Project - pkg to $180k
- #3 - Intermediate/Senior CA - Local Tier Group - $15m Private Schol - pkg to $160k
- Oversee contract preparation, negotiation, execution, and monitoring of both head contract and trade subcontractors
- Prepare monthly reports to provide accurate details of the project's financial status
- Collaborate with Project Managers and legal teams
- Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations and deadlines
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Provide support to the PM, SM and executive team in resolving contract related issues relating to your nominated project
- A stable track record at CA level within the commercial construction industry in Australia
- Advanced communication skills with the ability to liaise and negotiate with trade subcontractors for mutually beneficial outcomes
- A degree qualification in Construction Management or equivalent
- Proven ability to utilise cost management software such as Cheops, Jobpac, Procore or similar
