Join a Leading Force as a Drilling Operations - SuperintendentReady to lead from the front and shape the future of drilling operations?We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Superintendent - Operations to join our high-performing Minerals team in Perth. This is your opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, safety, and innovation across our field operations.As Superintendent - Operations, you'll be the vital link between strategic planning and field execution. You'll work closely with Rig Managers, Drillers, and our tier one mining client to ensure our rigs operate safely and efficiently.What You'll Be Doing:

Mentor field leaders and crews to foster a culture of safety, accountability, and high performance
Monitor rig performance, analyse operational data, and implement improvements that maximise uptime and productivity
Collaborate with our clients Scheduling and Planning teams to optimise rig allocation and project timelines
Champion HSE standards to ensure all operations consistently meet or exceed compliance requirements
Conduct audits, site visits, and performance reviews to uphold operational integrity and enhance crew competency
Contribute to budget planning, cost control, and resource optimisation to help deliver strong financial outcomes

What We're Looking For:

Proven leadership in drilling or field operations
Strong understanding of safety, compliance, and preventative maintenance systems
Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to analyse data and translate insights into action
Experience working with large mining clients
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
