Deloitte is the place for you.What will your typical day look like?We are looking for experienced and dynamic Consultants and Senior Consultants to join our rapidly growing Industrials and Infrastructure team in Canberra.As a member of the team, you will provide exceptional client service and develop your skills and experience through:Applying structured problem-solving approaches to design and deliver some of the most visible and important national programs across the Defence, National Security and wider government sectors - from shipbuilding and enhancing energy resilience through transition, to transforming operating models for how Defence procures some of its most important sensitive assets and services.Gaining project and program management skills to coordinate highly effective teams, while guiding junior colleagues and building strong client relationships on the groundSupporting business development opportunities, including preparing proposals for new client engagements, and implementing firm-wide initiativesYou will be supported with extensive strategy, transformation and project & program management focused training and development (both structured and on the job).About the team

This may include project controls, strategy and planning, commercial procurement, engineering, governance, benefits realisation, and/or business case development.Highly effective communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to deliver compelling arguments at executive and working levelCuriosity to learn and passionate about developing yourself and othersExcited to collaborate in a team environment to solve complex business problemsWork experience incorporating a strategy and transformation lensPassionate about delivering real organisational outcomesAustralian citizenshipNV1 or higher clearance preferred - or a minimum AGSVA Baseline clearance and the ability to gain NV1 clearanceThe following experience is preferred but not essential:Previous consulting experience including strategy and operating model designComplex Defence capability management and/or program deliveryInfrastructure program and project deliveryEnergy sector incl. liquid fuelsData analysis and dashboard developmentComplex asset maintenanceSupply chain resilienceWhy Deloitte?At Deloitte, we focus our energy on interesting and impactful work.
