The Clinical Nurse Consultant provides expert clinical input into the development, delivery, management and evaluation of the Southern Rural Emergency Nursing Exchange Program (RENIX). The position will work in close collaboration with management and key stakeholders to develop, implement and evaluate the project plan.Selection Criteria * Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse with at least 5 years full time equivalent postgraduate experience with tertiary nursing qualifications in Emergency Nursing with at least 3 year's fulltime equivalent experience in the specialty field.
- Demonstrated expertise in rural and emergency nursing and clinical leadership.
- Demonstrated experience in the development and delivery of clinical education programs.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects, including stakeholder engagement and evaluation.
- High-level communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
- Current unrestricted drivers' license and the ability to maintain. Ability and willingness to drive/travel as the role requires. This may involve driving long distances and overnight stays.
