- Build and grow relationships with both new and existing clients and candidates
- Manage active roles and market top talent
- Generating leads and marketing candidates
- Using various platforms to conduct skills and compliance checks such as (work rights, references, qualification checks)
- Grow our Labour Hire workforce and generate new opportunities
- Deliver exceptional contractor care and recruitment outcomes
- Sales-savvy, driven, and results-focused
- Passionate about people and building long-term relationships
- Professional, articulate, and confident communicator
- Ideally experienced in recruitment or a related sales role
