  • Manage an ever-evolving and high-stakes calendar for the CEO, balancing internal and external priorities with foresight and flexibility
  • Coordinate board meetings, investor briefings, speaking engagements, and off sites-owning logistics, documentation, and follow-up actions
  • Be a key liaison across internal teams and external stakeholders, acting as a consistent, reliable point of contact on behalf of the CEO
  • Prepare presentations, reports, meeting agendas, and briefing notes with accuracy and polish
  • Anticipate needs and pre-empt challenges-ensuring the CEO is always one step ahead and set up for success
