- Lead and manage the national safety function across multiple operational sites
- Develop and execute strategic safety plans aligned with business goals
- Influence senior leaders and frontline teams to embed a culture of safety excellence
- Provide subject matter expertise on WHS legislation, systems, and risk frameworks
- Lead incident investigations, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Foster collaboration with internal stakeholders, contractors, and regulatory bodies
- Mentor and guide regional HSE leaders to uplift capability and engagement
- Proven experience in a senior HSE leadership role within FMCG, manufacturing, or a high-risk operational environment
- In-depth knowledge of WHS legislation, safety management systems, and behavioural safety programs
- A strategic mindset with a hands-on, solutions-focused approach
- Strong influencing skills and the ability to engage at all levels of the organisation
- Experience leading cultural change initiatives across large, multi-site operations
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Work Health & Safety or related discipline
