• You'll work closely with a senior partner who has led some of the most complex infrastructure M&A transactions in Australia and regularly advises on strategic investments in clean energy, e-mobility, and emerging tech sectors. They bring global experience from working on cross-border deals in high-growth markets.
• You'll also collaborate with a highly respected capital markets and M&A specialist who advises on foreign investment matters and contributes to policy development through regular engagement with key government bodies.

• 3-4 years' PAE in Corporate/M&A, ideally from a top-tier, global, or well-regarded mid-tier firm.
• Strong drafting and advisory skills, commercial acumen, and a genuine interest in working on high-impact transactions.
• A collaborative, proactive approach and commitment to delivering quality client outcomes.
