- 0.8 FTE | Max-term until 30 June 2026
- Ipswich, QLD – on the lands of the Yuggera, Jagera & Ugarapul Peoples
- $44.78–$48.99 per hour + 12% Super + Generous Salary Packaging benefits of up to $18,550
- Mentor and support peer workers through reflective practice, supervision, and onboarding
- Facilitate peer-led recovery groups in diverse community settings
- Lead development and review of Individual Recovery Plans and participant exit planning
- Coordinate with stakeholders and referral partners to support collaborative care
- Monitor engagement and follow-up on non-attendance, embedding outreach strategies
- Compile reports on outcomes and contribute to service evaluation
- Represent the peer workforce in planning, quality improvement, and team discussions
- Ensure program expenditure is tracked and reconciled accurately
- Promote recovery principles and intentional peer support in all aspects of practice
- Lived experience of mental illness with minimum 2 years in recovery
- Certificate IV in Mental Health (or equivalent)
- Current unrestricted driver’s license
- Intentional Peer Support Core Training Certificate
- CPR Certification
- Experience mentoring or supervising peer workers
- Strong group facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
- Commitment to trauma-informed, recovery-focused, and culturally safe practice
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and electronic client record systems
- Experience working collaboratively with referral partners and community organisations
- Understanding of risk, safety, and escalation processes in community-based recovery work
- Willingness to undertake leadership or peer supervision training
