We are recruiting a freelance opportunity for an experienced CRM Specialist to join this wonderful team as they evolve their global CRM strategy.A hands-on role, you’ll have strong marketing automation skills and can work across customer data segmentation, personalisation, and deployment across email, SMS and direct channels. A natural communicator, you’ll build internal relationships quickly collaborating with stakeholders across CRM, Digital and Retail teams and proactively highlight any opportunity to improve or refine CRM activity with a data-led analysis. You are confident working with customer data to uncover customer behaviour insights and use this as a basis for future planning and CRM activity.Exposure to the Emarsys platform is desired for this contract. The brand is a high-profile Australian success story that you’ll love on your CV.
