Committed to delivering tailored solutions, The Patio Factory prides itself on exceeding customer expectations with a wide range of patio solutions at great value.About The OpportunityAs the Workshop QC Lead, you will play a vital role in overseeing the workshop team and ensuring that all manufactured components meet the highest quality standards. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Read and interpret technical drawings for accurate production
Operate tools and saws; assist with steel cutting
Lead a small team across welding, packing, and delivery
Perform quality checks on patio components
Manage stock, dispatch, and delivery logistics
Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient workshop

About YouThe ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

3+ years of experience in a workshop or light manufacturing environment
A strong background in quality control and hands-on production
Forklift and Manual Driver’s License
Proficiency in reading technical drawings and operating workshop tools effectively.
Demonstrated ability to lead small teams and manage daily workflows efficiently.
Reliability, attention to detail, and a solutions-focused approach are essential for success in this role.
