As the right-hand to the Claims Manager alongside a team of Claims Team Leaders, you'll lead our claims team to new heights, ensuring that every claim is managed efficiently and every service-related query is handled with the utmost care. Your leadership will be pivotal in maintaining effective claims cost management and delivering exceptional service to our members.Knowledge & SkillsBring your expertise and passion to the table with these key skills:

Technical Mastery: Strong knowledge of motor, property or liability claims would be preferable / highly desired.

Analytical Prowess: Ability to interpret complex Product Disclosure Statements and Policy Wordings.

Empathy and Communication: Ability to empathize with customers and communicate effectively.

Multitasking Ability: Manage numerous tasks within set timeframes to meet deadlines.

Team Collaboration: Share information and positively contribute to the team environment.

Ownership and Initiative: Take ownership of your role and encourage initiative within your team.

Problem-Solving: Excellent communication skills and creative problem-solving abilities.

ExperienceWe're looking for someone with:

Claims Management: Two years experience in managing property, liability or motor vehicle claims.

Leadership: Preferable experience in people management.

Customer Service Excellence: Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service under limited supervision.

Qualifications

Educational Background: A Diploma in Financial Services is desirable but not essential.
