Our mission is to revolutionise enterprise risk management by leveraging AI to provide unparalleled insights and efficiencies.The opportunityAs a Software Technical Solution Consultant, you’ll be the vital bridge between our clients and our internal teams. You will drive the technical success of client engagements by translating business needs into robust technical solutions for implementation, automation and implementation.Working closely with clients, customer success, sales, engineering, and product teams, you’ll design technical solutions, scope and price projects, and lead their delivery with precision and confidence. What you'll do

Work directly with clients to analyse business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Develop Statements of Work (SOWs) and provide technical scoping, architecture, and cost estimates.
Design and document technical solutions, including API specifications, architecture diagrams, and integration workflows.
Configure and troubleshoot leading integration platforms
Lead the delivery of complex integrations and automation projects, ensuring on-time and high-quality outcomes.
Guide and support clients and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Troubleshoot issues related to REST APIs, integrations, identity management, and automation workflows.

What you'll bring

Prior demonstrated experience in technical consulting, solutions architecture or integrations roles.
Experience working directly with clients, creating and managing projects plans.
Experience creating and managing pr
Experience working with internal teams to scope, price and deliver technical projects.
Proven track record in Enterprise system integrations and automation
Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
Strong proficiency in REST APIs
