Categories: Business and Economic DevelopmentAbout the roleKnox City Council is seeking a Change Analyst to join our Strategy and Transformation department. This role will provide change analysis to complex strategic initiatives across the Customer and Performance transformation roadmap - including strategy and service planning, technology, people, and customer experience projects. This role is critical to help Knox to deliver on its key strategic priorities and be continually improving and customer centric.You will be part of a collaborative culture working alongside passionate Change Specialists, project managers, and senior leaders. You will be part of a team that values adaptability, innovation, and continuous learning. As a Change Analyst you will gain exposure to enterprise-wide change initiatives and build your expertise in change analytics, stakeholder engagement, and organisational readiness to adopt new ways of working.This is a full-time (or part time - 4 days) temporary role with a two-year term, working at the Knox Civic Centre. We support flexible working arrangements while ensuring operational needs of the role are met.This is a Band 6 classified role, remuneration will be $98,353.35 - $107,416.64 (pro-rata for part-time) depending on experience plus superannuation in accordance with the Superannuation Guarantee.Please note that this role focuses on people/process change and not technical change management.What you will bring to this roleThe key selection criteria for this role are:
  • Experience in change analysis and supporting large-scale transformation.
  • Strong facilitation, engagement, and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with Prosci's ADKAR methodology (preferred).
  • A passion for customer experience and organisational improvement.
