APS 6 Clinician

• Provide phone-based intake, triage, and brief mental health interventions in a 24/7 hybrid work environment.
• Collaborate with national teams to coordinate care and refer clients to appropriate services.
• Maintain clinical documentation and participate in ongoing supervision and professional development.

• Deliver trauma-informed, client-centred care via phone
• Conduct intake assessments, risk evaluations, and brief interventions
• Refer clients to appropriate services and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to coordinate care
• Participate in CPD and clinical supervision

• Mental health experience in intake, assessment, and brief intervention
• Strong communication, clinical judgement, and IT skills
• Ability to work calmly under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Relevant qualifications and registration (Psychologist, OT, RN, Social Worker, or Counsellor)
• Ability to obtain a Working with Vulnerable People/Children check
• Eligibility for Baseline security clearance
