- working with the Head of Knowledge and section leaders to develop and implement the precedents and projects plan for the national Commercial practice groups ;
- facilitating development and execution of technical solutions and document process improvements;
- drafting and maintaining precedents;
- being a champion for style guide compliance;
- working cross functionally to develop workflows and precedent suites for automation platforms;
- conducting file audits in conjunction with the Risk team;
- writing key matter summaries for business development;
- maintaining awareness of legislative and case law changes and providing regular updates to the Commercial practice groups;
- preparing and delivering legal educational training; and
- delivering style, precedents and writing training to the firm.
- a minimum of four years of post-admission experience in Corporate and Commercial law;
- a specific and strong interest in knowledge sharing, precedent development, and style compliance;
- advanced document drafting and contract review skills;
- excellent attention to detail;
- the ability to prioritise and project manage autonomously;
- strong interpersonal and communication skills; and
- a keen interest and experience in delivering training.
